Issue update

Ticket: #440 - Member search = page 5 = error
Status: Verify

The ticket moved to the Verify filter.

Ticket changed from In Progress to Fixed status.

Comment: Yea, there was a big and the site was not properly scaling the photos being uplaod - so we were getting full size on everthing.

I fixed this for new photos, but the old photos are still full size, so will contrinue to load slow.  I might be able to size them and reupload them later down the the road.
