Ticket: #416 - Back Patch = 6 = 30 day clock

The ticket moved to the Verify filter.

Ticket changed from In Progress to Fixed status.

Comment: Approved product pre-approval requests expire 30 days after approval, the clock starts when the request becomes approved, buying does not reset or consume the clock, and after expiration the member must submit a new request. The Advisor Workbench will show expired product approvals in past product pre-approval cards and advisors may change votes only while the approval has not expired.
