Can you please reverse the displayed order of Advisors in column #3. I would like the lowest ranked Advisor at the top and the highest rank (Chief) at the bottom of the list. Reason is you always see Chief and if theres a lot of Advisors for one search you dont automatically see the lowest Advirsor unless you scroll down and the lowest is most likely the one you need to contact.
