OK, I understand how to add Advisors to Regions now.
But the search in the All Advisors page does not work properly. When typing in Texas in the seach bar, you get zero results. The results should be, one TX Advisor, two Regional Advisors, and Chief Advisor. (see two pics). Is this a website issue or a user (me) issue?

TX Advisor on the website is Tex
Kojack and Bot73 are two different Regionals over this area
