A comment was added to the ticket.

Ticket changed from Needs Clarification to Reviewing status.

Comment: Problem: Person that only belongs to World Wide = what Advisors approve this person getting backpatch. He does not have state or region or even county
Solution: Members wanting to buy backpatch that are only in WW gets approval of Road Advisors. All Road Advisors are the people that can talk to person wanting BP and all advisaors can approve. So, the contact info some how relayed to member will have all the Road Advisors contact info along with Chief Advisor (Benny)
